Yoghurt and fruit is always a winning combo and this little bowl of sweetness is a regular on my table. I make it with my favourite yoghurt: Liberté fat free yoghurt with a layer of blueberry.
Each little 100g pot is 1 Slimming World syn and I’ve used two for this one. Served up in a sundae dish with some fresh berries, this really feels like a naughty treat, but the fact that it’s healthy and virtually fat free makes it taste even better!
