This is just a short post about a wonderful product I discovered through Slimming World and have had a steady supply of it in the kitchen ever since. Mayflower curry sauce is a powder that when mixed with water and heated up, it tastes just like the curry from Chinese restaurants. It’s a Slimming World favourite because unlike other pre-packed sauces, it’s very low in syns* (a 28g portion is 4 syns).
Mayflower comes in two flavours: Medium and Extra-hot. It used to only be stocked in a selected few shops and butchers, but it seems to be popping up in more stores. For Irish readers, I know it’s available in Supervalu.
