The best things about the Slimming World plan is that it never feels like a ‘diet’ and when you make small substitutions to how things are cooked, you can have your cake and eat it (or in this case, your chicken goujons.)
For this ‘fakeaway’ meal, instead of breadcrumbs, I coat the chicken with instant mashed-potato flakes (syn-free) mixed with cajun and paprika and oven bake for around 25 minutes. Perfect served with home-made chips and some sauce for dipping. Taco sauce is my favourite (1 syn per tbsp and well worth it!).

Sadly it has to be syned but it’s well worth it!!!!! I’ll find the proper name for u 😂 and the syn value, gimmi 20 mins to sort the little monsters out n I’ll get my recipe book out 😊 I will be trying your way too it looks super yummy!!! Xxx
